Patricia J.
Rynn
Patricia J. Rynn, as
one of the founding partners of Rynn & Janowsky in 1985, was
committed to establishing a law practice which concentrated
exclusively in the fields of agriculture, commercial and
management labor law. Ms. Rynn handles a substantial caseload of
commercial litigation with particular emphasis on marketing
disputes governed by the California Food and Agricultural Code,
or the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act. Ms. Rynn's
expertise in PACA law, including enforcement of PACA Trust
rights, grower agent and accounting issues, and defense of
disciplinary and license revocation actions, is recognized
nationwide. In addition, Ms. Rynn has extensive experience in
representing employers, in employment law matters.
Apart from litigation, Ms. Rynn devotes a significant amount of
her practice to drafting and negotiating growing, marketing and
related agreements on behalf of her agricultural and
non-agricultural clients. She also serves as an
arbitrator/mediator for produce related disputes, and is a
