Priscilla W. Grannis

 Priscilla
W. Grannis has developed an expertise enforcing trust rights
under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) in U.S.
District and Bankruptcy Courts throughout the United States and
has significant experience managing complex, multi-party PACA
litigation. In addition, Ms. Grannis has successfully
represented produce companies throughout the country in
administrative proceedings before the PACA Branch of the U.S.
Department of Agriculture, including the appeal of those
proceedings to the federal courts. Prior to her legal career,
Ms. Grannis was employed by multi-national corporations as a
personnel and human resources manager in both the U.S. and
Europe and is fluent in German. Before joining Rynn & Janowsky,
LLP, as a partner in the Naples, Florida office, Ms. Grannis was
an associate attorney with Meuers Law Firm, P.L.
